We aim to post your items within 24 hours, and expect delivery within 3-5 working days (seasonal dates, bank holidays do apply and we ask you to wait a little longer.. we know it's hard!!)

Your item has arrived and your not happy with your choice were sorry but we dont offer refunds but if your item has arrived damaged we,ask you to email a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement to you on our next post out service
Please remember- when purchasing sage, incense, candles, burners and more to always never leave a flame unattended, to be used by an adult, to extinguish correctly and safely disposed of
All our products are solely sold for fun, entertainment, light and love. We do not create spells or magic!! We leave that to you
